There is now advice available for all individuals who take out loans that are regulated by the Consumer Credit Act. The documents provided below are from the OFT who are our regulatory body. Should you fall behind on a loan or fail to make payments you need to be aware of the consequences of this. Also provided is a document provided by the OFT that relates to the Consumer Ombudsman, this is for handling any complaints relating to a regulated agreement.
