At a time when SME owners face mounting costs, it’s never been more important to keep cashflow looking healthy.

This award recognises our commitment to the realities of day-to-day business in the North of England. We’re practicing what we preach, helping entrepreneurs operate with confidence and keep moving forward.

What is the Fair Payment Code?

Overseen by the Small Business Commissioner on behalf of the Department for Business and Trade, the FPC sets payment standards for UK businesses.

It’s split into three tiers:

  • Gold, for businesses who pay 95+% of all invoices within 30 days
  • Silver, for businesses paying 95+% of all invoices within 60 days, and 95% of invoices from small businesses within 30 days
  • Bronze, for paying at least 95% of all invoices within 60 days

As recipients of the Gold Award, we’re nationally recognised for the highest standards of payment speed and accuracy. We’ll be proudly displaying the FPC Gold logo on our websites and marketing collateral from now on.
