Select the option that matches your loan type:

• Start Up Loan customers should choose Start Up Loans.
• Customers whose bank statement references the Enterprise Fund should choose Enterprise Loans.
• Customers with loans managed directly by BEF should choose BEFs.

If your funding was provided through the government-backed Start Up Loans scheme, select Start Up Loans support. You should have a 6-digit reference number for the loan.

If your bank statement references an Enterprise Fund, select Enterprise Loans support to be directed to the team that manages your account.

BEF manages Momentum Loans, Small Business Loans, NPIF II Smaller Loans, and other loans issued and serviced directly by BEF.
