Investment Manager - North West Region (Remote)
Grade: 4B - Up to £38k + £2k Car Allowance depending on experience.
Working Pattern: Full time – Remote: 9am – 5pm - with occasional travel as and when required.
Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
Job Purpose:
Managing and supporting SME clients through the life cycle of the loan process, from identifying opportunities from introducers and referrals, through to supporting clients to maintain their financial commitment. This role requires you to assess their suitability, undertake due diligence and consider client eligibility for lending while adhering to FCA conduct rules and treating customers fairly/consumer duty.
Associate Investment Manager - Bradford
Grade: 6a - £22,000 - £30,000 a year
Working Pattern: Full time – Hybrid working pattern: 9am – 5pm,
Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)
Job Purpose:
Managing and supporting a range of start up businesses with loan proposals adhering to the Start-up Loans Company’s minimum standards and credit policy. Assessing and appraising business plans, cash flow forecasts and other business information to make a judgement on business viability as well as analysing applicants’ personal financial circumstances to assess personal affordability.
